On behalf of our clientone of the largest and most successful global technology and services leaders we are looking for talented multilingual customer care enthusiasts
Companys HQ: Athens
Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece
You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.
What you will do:
Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels of support providing prompt answers and targeted solutions.
More specifically:
Provide assistance and resolve complaints in the best interest of the customers.
Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Native or nearnative speakers in one of the following languages: German Dutch Italian or Polish
Fluency in English
Clear Communication Skills
Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
Enthusiastic patient empathetic ang eager to learn and grow with the role in an international environment
