  • Designing Planning & Facilitating Loyalty Program to engage Sales team to promote the Sales of Furniture Cushioning on sustainable basis.

PROFITABLE GROWTH

Key Activities:

  • Design Develop implement an monitor the loyalty Program
  • Plan Schemes & Benefits to ensure Sales Growth.
  • Track sales team performance and impact of schemes periodically.
  • Smooth & efficient Redemption of Gift/ Reward redemption
  • Handling of External Agencies
  • AB Dashboard control & management

MARKET DEVELOPMENT& PENETRATION

  • Design & Introduce New Initiatives under the Loyalty Program
  • Design & Development of AB Collaterals.
  • Design and Develop efficient Backend control mechanism & Process.
  • Facilitate Team to efficiently carry out Loyalty Program activities.
  • Track on Competitors Loyalty Programs/ Schemes
  • Cross Industry learning

Key Decisions :

  • Sales team SchemePlanning analysis monitoring & feedback
  • Sales team Enrollment Audit Verification and updating in System

Working Relation:

  • Establish effective relationships with other departments such as Marketing IT Commercial Purchase Store Training & Customer Service etc.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with sales team for better planning & market development.
  • Close relationship with Key Dealers Sales Team to understand the market needs and challenges.
  • Close relation with Front end Team & subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
