Job Description
Therole holder will be responsiblefor MIS reporting for the organization and hr coordination & salarypreparation for BCs. Some key deliverables shall be asfollows
1. MISand Information Management
2. UnderstandSales & Marketing Plans from Superior & provide MIS support accordingly
3. Ensureontime generation of all MIS / Reports (Daily Weekly Monthly MIS Annual MISetc. for perusal of the sales team marketing team and the management
4. Workingon Sales Analytics
5. Supportin CRM
6. Supportin order operations e.g. coordination for salarypreparation with contractors for BCs
Requirements
Exposure& Experience:
a) Individualswho have had the exposure of MIS reporting in Skin care/Cosmetics and similarindustries in the last 2 years will have a distinct advantage in this role
b) Exposureof Sales would be a desired qualification
