What is the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be instrumental in supporting Aerogens growth in the Americas and Aerogen Pharma. Your focus will be on building strong talent pipelines reducing agency reliance and driving direct hiring strategies. Youll work closely with the Global TA Lead People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to create an exceptional candidate experience while attracting the best talent to Aerogen.

What are the key responsibilities
Proactively source and engage top talent using platforms like LinkedIn job boards networking and referrals.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders to identify their recruitment needs and source roles.
Partner with People & OD team to align sourcing strategies with Aerogens growth needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles ensuring a steady flow of candidates.
Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies increasing direct hires and optimizing cost savings.
Implement best practices for diverse hiring enhancing Aerogens employer branding initiatives.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as timetofill and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Conduct initial candidate screenings assessing qualifications cultural fit and alignment with Aerogens mission.
Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment innovations to continuously refine talent strategies.

What education and experience are required
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in talent sourcing recruiting or a related field ideally in MedTech Pharma or Healthcare.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing specialized talent.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market mapping.
