Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our NA Seller Success team. This role will manage initiatives that the impact endtoend fees experience for thirdparty sellers in the Amazon store. As the Senior Product Manager for Fees youll own the comprehensive fee strategy and recommendations across multiple service categories ensuring our pricing frameworks balance marketplace growth seller success and Amazons business objectives. This role requires you to synthesize complex data sets market trends and seller feedback to shape the future of our fee strategies. Youll work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic decisions. The position demands a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence as youll be responsible for both longterm strategy development and daytoday product management. Youll need to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape working with teams across Business sellerfacing teams Finance Tech Operations and Product to deliver cohesive solutions that scale across the NA marketplace.
Success in this role requires not only strong analytical and business acumen but also the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries. Youll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership while staying connected to the practical realities of our seller community.

5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
