Summary
The Manager Data Science Behavioral Analytics will lead the design and optimization of analytical strategies that provide actionable insights into consumer behavior preferences and engagement. This role is critical in aligning datadriven insights with business strategy to fuel product development personalized marketing campaigns and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analytics consumer behavior theories and business acumen with demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration across departments.

- Develop and execute a consumer analytics strategy aligned with the companys objectives using data insights to drive product innovation marketing initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
- Analyze data related to user interactions on digital platforms like websites apps and other online experiences using this information to optimize design features and overall user experience based on insights gained from the data analysis.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product customer experience and sales) to integrate analytics into operations ensuring customer insights shape every touchpoint of the customer journey.
- Prepare and deliver highimpact presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders translating technical data into compelling businessrelevant narratives.
- Monitor industry trends and new technologies related to consumer behavior analytics predictive modeling and AI/ML solutions proactively identifying opportunities to improve capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and best practices in data governance to maintain the integrity and security of customer information.
- Drive continuous improvements in the companys analytics infrastructure automating workflows and processes where appropriate.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science Data Science Statistics or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics behavioral research or related fields with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Solid understanding of product analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics Mixpanel Fullstory Heap and Amplitude covering event tagging strategies that account for goals needed to analyze user interactions.
- Experience with multivariant testing to compare different variations of user experiences and measure their impact on engagement.
- Expertise in gathering user behavior data from various sources like website analytics app usage data user feedback and surveys.
- Understanding of user experience design concepts to translate data insights into actionable design improvements.
- Expertise in using machine learning and AI techniques for predictive modeling segmentation campaign analytics and to analyze user behavior.
- Experience in Python or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present data effectively.
- Skilled in creating clear and insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders including designers product managers and marketing teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a datadriven mindset.
- Experience in project management and leading crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders.
