Job Description
Are you passionate about emerging technologies and intellectual property Our prestigious Intellectual Property Patents Group seeks a Patent Specialist with a background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering to join our Atlanta or Charlotte office.
In this role youll collaborate with attorneys and patent agents to assist inventors in preparing and prosecuting cuttingedge patent applications. Youll receive handson training to identify inventions draft comprehensive applications and manage patent portfolios. Highperforming specialists may progress to become licensed USPTO Patent Agents.
Ideal candidates possess:
- Bachelors or higher in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in AI machine learning wireless tech IoT semiconductors sensors or data science
- Strong technical acumen and exceptional writing skills
