As the Growth Marketer youll be a part of a tight knit team working closely with our GTM and Leadership teams. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for building and managing lead generation pipeline strategies launching campaigns for new products and features and building a consistent pipeline of new leads and opportunities for our sales team to execute on.
This role can be based in any of our hybrid offices: Austin New York City or Washington D.C.
You will serve as a strategic thought leader playing a key role in shaping and enhancing Methods pipeline generation initiatives
Youll develop account based marketing (ABM) strategies design campaigns for new products and features manage lead generation initiatives and perform market research
Youll manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn etc. ensuring a balance between efficiency and scale
Youll work closely with the sales team to refine lead scoring ensure MQLs are highquality and improve the handoff process between marketing and sales
Youll work closely with the GTM and product marketing team to develop and publish engaging content that attracts our ideal customer profile
Youll manage and optimize our growth/marketing tech stack including CRM (SFDC) and other tools (Hireframe Outreach Clay Apollo etc.
Youll monitor analyze and report on campaign performance metrics offering insights and recommendations on where we can continue to develop our strategies
6 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
2 years of experience in accountbased marketing tailored to Enterprise and Strategic sales motions
Expert in core marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. SFDC)
Proficient in nextgeneration AIfocused tooling (e.g. Clay) and modern demand generation strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in FinTech
Experience with APIfirst companies
Experience working in a startup environment
The annual US base salary range for this role is: $125000 $175000
