We are looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Relationship Managers/PreSales Executives to play a vital role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients WalkIns and understand their real estate needs and guide them through the presales process ultimately leading to successful property transactions.
Client Engagement:- Proactively engage with prospective clientsthrough various communication channels including phone calls emails and inperson meetings.
- Identify and understand the real estate requirements and preferences of clients.
Property Portfolio Knowledge:- Maintain indepth knowledge of the companys property listings including features pricing and availability.
- Present property options that match clients needs and preferences.
PreSales Consultation:- Provide expert guidance to clients on the real estate market property investment and financing options.
- Address client inquiries concerns and objections professionally and effectively.
Relationship Building:- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service and regular updates.
- Develop trust and rapport with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Sales Support:- Assist clients through the entire presales process including property tours negotiations and paperwork.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to closing.
Market Research:- Stay updated on market trends property values and competitive activities.
- Share market insights and recommendations with clients to aid in their decisionmaking.
Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain detailed records of client interactions preferences and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on presales activities and client engagement for management.
Candidate Profile:- Experience in real estate sales presales Customer support or relationship management is a plus.
- Experience in presales in any real estate financial service insurance other industries that require aggressive selling and detail orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customerfocused with a strong ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
