We are seeking an experienced Director Marketing Operations to support our WW Marketing team and drive scalable datadriven marketing operations. In this role youll collaborate with the Global Marketing Strategy & Analytics team to enhance marketing data campaign management and technology capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing Operations youll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with leadership and SDRs to enhance lead management scoring and funnel performance
- Identifying business challenges streamline campaign operations and improve lead definitions scoring ABM and automation
- Establishing strong analytics and data strategies for better targeting segmentation and performance measurement
- Building and maintaining a bestinclass marketing tech stack to drive multichannel acquisition and retention
- Fostering strong partnerships with sales product and marketing teams to align strategies and drive marketing automation success
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing utilizing marketing technologies to drive multichannel content delivery and operational efficiency
- Extensive handson experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferably with Marketo Certified Expert credentials
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns including Smart List development setup testing launching and scoring of programs
- Expertise in managing lead databases creating segmented lists and optimizing marketing automation workflows
- Experience in building landing pages configuring nurture tracks and driving event promotions for demand generation
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Stakeholder Collaboration Extensive experience working with global/regional marketing IT sales finance and channel teams
- Marketing Technology & Lead Management Advanced knowledge of Marketo Salesforce HubSpot and scalable martech infrastructure
- Data & Attribution Expertise in data enrichment analytics and attribution models for performance measurement
