From our office in Gothenburg or Skanderborg you will be leading our Farm Technologies (FT) within our Nordics Cluster. FT Nordics is responsible for sales and service of all the division solutions within Milking Solutions Feeding Solutions Manure Solutions and Herd Management.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As our new Head of Sales you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic customer relationships and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. Understanding farmers and agricultural businesses specific needs through direct interaction onsite visits and consultations is important and will be preferred.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Nordic sales strategies for dairy farming to drive growth and align with GEAs global goals.
  • Strengthening and supporting Nordic dealers through engagement training incentives and strategic sales collaboration.
  • Setting and driving regional sales targets overseeing dealerled sales and strengthening key partnerships.
  • Driving sales with dealers supporting campaigns tracking market trends ensuring forecasting accuracy and guiding complex projects.
  • Leading the service team to optimize support enhance dealer satisfaction and drive aftersales excellence.
  • Managing budgets tracking dealer performance and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Your Profile / Qualifications

You are a resultsdriven and openminded professional with strong problemsolving skills and a keen ability to navigate complex sales environments. And you are highly customeroriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Finally we imagine that you bring:

  • A university degree in Engineering Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven expertise in leading sales organisations
  • Indepth knowledge of modern sales processes organisational methods and tools (e.g. ordering pricing CRM)
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in local languages is an advantage
  • Deep international business acumen with a focus on customer needs and expectations
  • Excellent communicator team player and strong networker with leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
