Example Responsibilities

Administrative support: Prepare and generate routine ad hoc and weekly/monthly reports for review by management. Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings organize events and document key discussions and initiatives. Prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action points
Data management and reporting: Draft and manage business correspondence as required. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and profiles as well as databases for starters and leavers ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Employee relations and support: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage and retain conflict of interest declarationsand background checks
Culture: Champion model and nurture our unique culture including supporting employee engagement surveying and related activities and participating in key initiatives and events to build and strengthen our culture
