We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Store Manager to lead a highperforming team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.
Location: Serres
Working Model: OnSite
You will be reporting to: Store Director
More specifically the candidate will:
- Plan execute and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business objectives
- Recruit train and retain top talent to build a cohesive and motivated team
- Implement store merchandising display strategies and promotional activities
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns and queries
- Coordinate with regional teams to align store objectives with overall company goals
Requirements
