What Were Looking For:
Were looking for a Lead Veterinarian who is truly passionate about animal welfare and has strong leadership skills ready to guide and inspire our vibrant team. This includes mentoring a new graduate Vet who is eager to learn and grow under your guidance.
Bring your positive attitude and sense of humour we believe in working hard and having fun along the way.
Commit to full time hours where every moment is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills
BVSc or equivalent and registration to practice in Queensland
What youll be doing each day in a nutshell:
Deliver exceptional care to our patients in close collaboration with a skilled team
Conduct regular consultations and perform routine surgeries
Mentor and support a new graduate Veterinarian fostering their growth and development
Take a leadership role in helping manage clinic operations guiding and inspiring team members and playing an active role in strategic decisionmaking.
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and drive efficiency ensuring the best possible care for our patients.
Be part of a great community building longlasting relationships with pet owners and enhancing their experience.
