QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Public Administration Communication or a closely related field.
- Two 2 years work experience in technical writing contract administration research and project management.
- Four 4 years of related work experience will be accepted in lieu of a bachelors degree.

JOB OVERVIEW The Contracts and Procurement Unit is seeking a professional detail oriented innovative thinking results driven dynamic team player to join our team.Under the direction of the Contract and Procurement Manager the incumbent manages contract and procurement operations for the department.
This position oversees procurement of:
- Complex acquisition utilizing RFPs IFB and limited solicitations
- IT procurement requests
- Procurement Cards
- Contract management
- Contract reporting
- Market research
- Special projects
- Identifying Federal and State rules and regulations State procurement statutes rules and policies and to ensure department compliance.
