Emerson has an appealing opportunity for you we are looking for a Manager IT Service Delivery SouthEast Europe to join our expanding team.
Based in Cluj Napoca you will focus on IT infrastructure partner with the other IT functions in providing an excellent user experience and support the Emerson IT Strategy and our values.
This is a key IT Management position within the Enterprise IT team collaborating with other IT departments and finance.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Building the relationship between IT and the Business to become the trusted partner for delivering value and high levels of Service. Enabling Emerson business goals through the effective use of Information Technology capabilities and services.
- Supporting the business in providing standardized IT Telecommunication services and solutions aligned with Business requirements; Own all nonstandard IT requests and ensure that they are routed and ownership transferred for optimum success
- Managing the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure for the Area ensuring the standardization & security is in line with the Global IT strategy & policies.
- Acting as an ambassador for IT working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue
- Managing IT resources (Budget Cost Local IT Infrastructure Staff).

You are a proactive selfstarter with a strong drive for results who can take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and are ready to take actions without having all information readily available. You can optimally communicate ideas and are able to collaborate and successfully work with people across any level function culture and geography building strong customer relationships along the way.
You are curious with a creative mind and an eagerness to try creative solutions and continue learn .
For This Role You Will Need:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT Infrastructure / Management
- Previous experience in working with high level management and executive leadership
- Previous experience in leading a local and remote team within a larger area setting development objectives and coaching
- Fluency in English; any additional languages spoken within area a plus
- Availability to travel in the designated area/country
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
