Description
We have an immediate need for an Instructional Designer who designs develops and revises complex interactive virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Ensures integrity of task analysis training requirements training hierarchies instructional materials and evaluation plans. Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions using a variety of delivery media. Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops course manuals training aids and audio/video materials as needed to enhance training.
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Bachelors Degree in Instructional Systems Design Instructional Technology Education English Communications or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience is lieu of a Bachelors Degree four (4) years of documented instructional and/or curriculum development experience can be substituted.

- Create hands-on activities in virtualized environments to mimic a practical real-world experience
- Provide input for learning objects for interactive e-training solutions (for example: HTML5 Captivate and/or Edge delivery)
- Complete data entry and technical writing activities to include mapping course objective to Knowledge Skills Abilities (KSA) and/or JQS
