The Opportunity
Volkswagen Moncton is looking to hire an Accounting Coordinator.
This is a temporary position starting immediately and ending in July 2026. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities- Code and posting parts invoices
- Generate monthly A/R statements and followup by email and/or phone calls
- Post warranty credits on a weekly basis
- Reconcile parts statements code and post with A/P
- Reconcile gas slips and posting expense on a monthly basis
- Posting Daily: cash receipts bank entries sales
- Completed a postsecondary accounting program at college
- Previous experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercises good judgment and organizational skills
- Must be capable of working independently effectively managing his or her time and work flow
- Must have a high level of confidentiality
- Must have a drivers license and a clean abstract
