Main Responsibilities- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Conduct research & field visits to identify new market opportunities & lead generation.
- Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers.
- Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations.
- Conducting sales consultations in a professional manner and that aligns with the brand and culture.
- Presenting promoting and pitching products as per the company sales process to prospective customers.
- Establishing developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
- Developing quotes & proposals for clients
- Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the KAM team as per onboarding process.
Sales Administration- Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered within (CRM) syste
- Submitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for Sales Heads review.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts as per the agreed payment terms with schools.
What Skills Are Critical And Essential- Fluency in English and Indian spoken written and presenting
- Proficient in MS Word Excel & Powerpoint.
