Position Overview:
- The Sr. Cloud Managed Services is an exciting role leading our Hybrid Cloud managed services delivery for a global client base. Demonstrated handson management style driving Cloud based technologies Automation Dev/Sec Ops Shared Services and Digital Transformation. This position will lead a team of 50 colleagues and manage a multimilliondollar budget. It requires an ability to effectively communicate direction commit people to action and convey complex information in easily understood formats.
- The role requires an individual that is highly collaborative with strong influencing skills ambitious creative highly resourceful selfdriven and results oriented with extensive experience in infrastructure strategy public and private cloud server storage and operations.
- Experience in software defined infrastructure infrastructure as code automation and technology optimization to include cloud migration strategy planning and implementation.
- The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment utilize sound business judgement and employ problemsolving expertise. This technology leader must collaborate and influence outcomes across a complex diverse and fastpaced organization.

Responsibilities:
- Managed Service Delivery
- Full fidelity responsibility and management for multiple service lines (Hybrid Cloud Dev/Sec Ops Compute Storage Network Database Datacenter Data Compliance Disaster Recovery Mainframe)
- Manages the delivery and implementation of a broad range of services through the full engagement lifecycle.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds engagement revenue margin service level objectives and quality targets.
- Meet and exceed SLA performance metrics
- Vendor relations
- Resource Management
- Validates that the level of staff proposed the source of staff and their skill levels are in line with the contractual financial and solution requirements
- Validates that all nonpeople resources required for service delivery are in line with contractual financial and solution requirements and that Procurement has a plan in place to procure these resources
- Produces a gap analysis related to resources and documents risks and contingency plans
- Assures all people and nonpeople resources are in place for steady state operations.
- Deal Review Consulting
- Consults with bid management/account management and reviews project proposals contracts and other documents to determine goals time frames funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing project staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
- Participates deal review sessions to assure that all stakeholders in the project including the client have a common understanding of the terms and conditions (including commercial solution pricing/costing and resources) of the project

Skills Experience & Qualifications:
- Progressive experience within a managed services business
- Average 15 years of professional service experience managing a service line.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Management/Administration or advanced degree in related discipline or relevant experience
- Cloud Certifications preferred
- Active participation in professional associations industry roundtables etc.
- Advanced analytical problem solving negotiation and organizational skills
- Deals with Ambiguity
- Advanced priority setting and delegation skills for large program teams
- Experience managing third party suppliers
