Role:Account Executive 7 X
  • 2 x German speaker
  • 2 x Italian speaker
  • 2 x UK speaker
  • 1 x Spanish speaker (Spain not Colombia)
Location: Berlin
WFH policy: At first full time after they have been ramped up it will be hybrid 2/3 days officeSize and functions of local team:Role description
  • Full sales cycle Account Executive
  • Lead Generation: 80 of prospects already using the Cargo one market place so little to 0 cold outreach
  • ICP: Freight forwarding companies SNB / Mid market focus
Deals:
  • Cycle 40/80 days
  • Land Expand deals starts from 2.5K up to 35K
  • Average deals are now 5K
  • you will keep the accounts for 6 months for cross up sell.
Unique about the company (that you dont read online):
  • New VP sales who will scale the sales team!
  • Company going from marketplace sales to selling a SaaS solution
  • Well established brand in the market!
Must haves:
  • 2 years of BDR Experience OR 1 Year in a closing AE role in SaaS sales organization
  • No Job hoppers like to see someone working at a company for at least 2 years
  • Character traits: someone who is coachable energized and a hunter!
  • Used to sell with a consultative sales approach people that sold simple SaaS solutions or POS systems would not be a fit
Nice to haves:
  • Female candidates
  • Multiple languages Italien / spanish / dutch ect.
Salary range & secondary benefits:
  • 110K OTE 50/50 for the BDRs
  • 120K OTE 50/50 for the AEs
  • If we run into good people asking for 65/70K base they would also like to see this profiles if the experience is spot on!
