Cloud ERP Finance Lead Consultant

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice this seniorlevel consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices product knowledge and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on nonroutine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.810 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Were proud to be well positioned with our Cloud ERP portfolio and in order to fuel our current and future growth within our French Consulting Practice we are currently planning to hire one experienced ERP Finance Lead Consultant for our team based in ParisColombes.

The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client. YOUR FUTURE ROLE ERP CLOUD FINANCE LEAD CONSULTANT

We are looking for a Lead Consultant who can master our ERP Cloud Finance solutions business processes and technology design within the Finance domain. The Consultant will be part of the ERP France team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization.

Additional responsibilities:

• Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business
• Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs
• Work closely with project team members in particular Project Managers Solution Architects and other functional leads
• Actively contribute to project presales activities (project estimation RFP response...
• Work closely with other departments (eg Client Success Managers Support Development and Sales)
• Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design
• Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP
• Execute the setup of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPIs

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Financial / Accounting Management
• Proven > 5 years experience Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS)
• High level of energy drive enthusiasm commitment selfbelief and achievementorientation
• Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions
• Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism solution delivery project documentation presentation skills and time reporting)
