About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Sale Leader to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa Cleveland in Orange Village OH. If you have a passion for sales and customer service and are looking to work in a relaxing and luxurious environment then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate retail sales team
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist with inventory management
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $15.00 $17.00 per hour
