Dutch-Speaking Team Leader Customer Service Relocation to Greece Competitive Salary Package
Are you an experienced team leader with a background in customer service Do you speak Dutch fluently and want to take on a new leadership challenge abroad We are currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Team Leader for a fast-growing customer support project based in Greece.

Position Overview
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Dutch-speaking customer service agents ensuring high performance and excellent service quality. You will lead by example coach your team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Dutch-speaking customer service representatives
- Monitor daily operations and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
- Provide training feedback and performance evaluations
- Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to maintain quality standards
Candidate Profile
- Native or C2-level Dutch and fluent in English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer service and team leadership (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team
- Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented
Salary and Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: 2500 - 2800 (x14 months)
- Monthly performance bonus based on team KPIs
