Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sales Representative with FMCG sales experience to join their team in Cape Town WC. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality focused on aggressively identifying and developing new business opportunities within the packaging industry. This role requires excellent relationshipbuilding skills a proactive approach to sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
- Identify and target highpotential customers in need of packaging solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and tailored packaging solutions.
- Present promote and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and competitive trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hunterstyle sales role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to aggressively build and maintain longterm relationships.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive and competitive approach to sales.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Salary: negotiable.
