We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Beirut this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our companys innovative medical products to healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics throughout Lebanon.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals key decision-makers and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics throughout Beirut and surrounding areas
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our cutting-edge medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers ensuring proper usage and maximum satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market intelligence using CRM software
- Attend medical conferences trade shows and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and optimize sales strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or a related field
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of medical terminology healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes
- In-depth knowledge of medical devices pharmaceuticals or biotechnology products
- Willingness to travel extensively within Lebanon
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and following up on leads
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with the Lebanese healthcare system and regulations
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
