Are you a serviceminded problem solver Do you want to put your customercentric mindset and communicative skills to use to ensure our customers and therefore patients get to most value out of our solutions We are currently looking for an application specialist with a passion for IT serving customers in FRANCE.
Sectra is one of the worlds leading providers of IT systems for managing medical images. We understand that knowing how to use our products in the best and most effective way is just as important as the product itself. Therefore we support our customers from beginning to end and even beyond to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Working as an application specialist
Our application specialists are experts when it comes to using the Sectra applications. Their aim is to optimize our customers use of our different solutions to their best advantage. This include responsibilities such as:
- Deliver webbased and onsite training to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to optimize the use of our solutions
- Analyze customer workflows and suggest improvements to their wayofworking as well as adapt our solutions to each customers needs
- Work closely with our Professional Services Technical Support and Sales Departments to provide application knowledge and support
- Develop new processes to improve the efficiency of applications work and raise the quality of customer product understanding and satisfaction
