Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan set up and manage biddable paid social campaigns across TikTok Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Display networks.
- Audience Targeting & Optimization: Develop and refine targeting strategies bidding models and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Track analyze and report on campaign performance using key KPIs such as CTR CPM CPA and ROI. Continuously optimize based on insights.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure consistent messaging creative alignment and strategic synergy across all paid media platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative media and analytics teams to execute high-performing data-driven campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with platform changes emerging trends and digital marketing best practices.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or related field.
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (especially TikTok Ads and Meta Business Suite).
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation bidding strategies and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics TikTok Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience coordinating multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
