You will be responsible for requirement gathering estimation developing Improving supporting Windows (Winform) Applications Windows services Web Services and Database programming on Microsoft platform .NET C# MS SQL VB VBA MS Office products) and delivering the project on time with high quality in coordination with multiple collaborators.

InthisRoleYourResponsibilitiesWillBe:

• Discussions and coordination with customer / end user for requirement gathering software acceptance testing and deployment.
• Efforts estimation Solution designing contribution in proposal making.
• Independently Develop improve and Support Windows (Winform) Applications Windows services Web Services and Database programming on Microsoft platform .NET C# MS SQL VB VBA MS Office products).
• Perform Unit Test Integration Test ensuring all requirements are implemented with Good Quality within Timeline and Budget.
• Analyze requirements and Prepare Requirement Understanding document. Do Impact Analysis and raise Technical Queries.
• Apply OOP principles and implement design patterns.
• Understand Project dynamics and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Raise concerns and Risks at appropriate time and communicate well with all collaborators.
• Status reporting and Progress Reporting.

ForThisRoleYouWillNeed:

• Total 3 6 years of experience in Software Development.
• Minimum3 years of handson experience in developing:
  • Windows (Winform) applications
  • Windows Services and Web services
  • Database programming
• Any experience with Reporting application development web application development and support is added advantage.
• Soft skills
  • Problem Solving Ownership Proactive and Systematic approach.
  • Enable absorption of newest technologies in the product line.
  • Ensure standard methodologies in software development are institutionalized.
  • Coordinate activities across both business and technical teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with business strategy.
