In the coming years our goal is to rapidly scale our impact by bringing economic opportunities to millions of underserved users in India.

As theGovernment Relations Lead you will be a key driver in Karyas journey to scale its impact. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage partnerships with central state and district government stakeholders. You will also oversee public policy trends and engage with think tanks CSOs and policy advocates to align ecosystem initiatives with Karyas goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain networks with key government functionaries across relevant ministries and departments at the central state and district levels to establish strategic partnerships that align with Karyas mission of unlocking digital work opportunities for millions of Indians.
• Engage with relevant departments and stakeholders to secure largescale buyin for Karyas impactful initiatives.
• Map and systematically engage with external stakeholders including policymakers think tanks and CSO partners to effectively present Karyas initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse national and state policy landscapes for strategic intelligence and tactical insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align government partnerships with organizational goals.
• Support crossfunctional teams in executing governmentrelated projects at scale.

Travel:Willingness to travel 40 and potentially work from government offices across different regions as required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Public Policy Political Science Business or a related field.
• 810 years of experience working with and managing government stakeholders including a strong understanding of the Indian policy landscape and government processes.
• Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and largescale initiatives.
• Exceptional relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
