Job Summary:
The Electrical Lead is responsible for supporting project execution ensuring quality compliance and providing technical expertise in electrical systems within an industrial setting. This role involves reviewing drawings coordinating construction activities performing testing and commissioning and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. The Electrical Lead may also supervise technicians and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Abide by and promote safety culture and regulations.
- Support project execution inspection and quality compliance.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Coordinate and plan construction sequences and schedules.
- Perform verification testing commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical devices and systems.
- Work with field engineers contractors and plant personnel.
- Maintain and review installation progress against schedules.
- Provide corrective actions and support site management.
- Conduct and participate in various project-related meetings.
- Perform electrical documentation test records and update as-builts.
- Adhere to and enforce electrical safety procedures (e.g. LOTO Arc Flash).
- Train O&M personnel as needed.
- May lead or supervise technicians subcontractors or client personnel.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Industrial power and process plant electrical distribution and control systems knowledge.
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics drawings and vendor documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical testing procedures codes and standards.
- Knowledge of conduit/cable tray installation cable-pulling and low/medium voltage systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA and environmental safety standards.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience or a 4-year engineering degree.
- Background in Construction Engineering Design Gas Compression stations LNG Plant Startup and/or Plant Engineering Operations or Maintenance.
- Working knowledge of labor agreements contracts and project interfaces.
