Strategic Operations Lead

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Operations Lead to work closely with the COO in driving critical crossfunctional projects and ensuring that key business objectives are met. This role requires someone who can work seamlessly across different internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and datadriven decisionmaking capabilities adept at managing by influence and has the gravitas to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Lead and manage crossfunctional projects that align with the companys strategic goals. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Operational Efficiency:Work closely with operational leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a liaison between the COO and various internal and external stakeholders including Clevel executives at partner banks prospective partners and regulatory bodies.
• DataDriven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and the latest tech tools to inform business decisions and track the progress of ongoing projects.
• Strategy :Assist the COO in executing strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across all teams involved in the projects.
• Reporting & Presentations:Prepare highlevel reports and presentations for the COO and other Clevel executives summarizing project status key metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements particularly in the highly regulated fintech and financial services space.

Key Skills:

• DataDriven:Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and outcomes. Familiarity with the latest tech tools and software for data analysis and project management.
• Organizational Skills:Exceptional organizational abilities with a structured and methodical approach to project management and .
• Communication:Strong English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences including Clevel executives.
• Leadership & Influence:The gravitas and credibility to engage with peers senior leaders and external stakeholders inspiring confidence and driving collaboration.
• Project Management:Proficient in project management methodologies with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Experience:

• Consulting Background:Experience with a toptier consulting firm is highly desirable bringing a structured problemsolving approach to the role.
• Industry Experience:Experience in fintech banking or financial services is preferred. Alternatively a background in technology within a highly regulated environment with a strong understanding of compliance regimes is essential.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration:Demonstrated ability to work across different functions and teams both locally and globally to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Technology or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic operations project management or consulting.
