The Role: Client Relation Associate
The City: Savannah GA

The daytoday:
- Research book and manage intricate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and ground transportation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact ensuring VIPlevel service by anticipating client needs resolving issues and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client details itineraries and travel documentation while delivering exceptional service.
- Participate in an oncall rotation to address urgent travel requests and ensure seamless client experiences even outside standard working hours.
