Job Description
Position: UX Designer
Flare services is a leading energy services company based in Houston TX. We provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the energy industry helping our clients achieve their goals and maximize their potential. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team at Flare energy services. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering usercentric solutions for our digital products and services. You will work closely with our product engineering and marketing teams to create intuitive userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
Conduct user research interviews and surveys to gather insights and feedback
Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
Develop and maintain design guidelines standards and best practices
Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make improvements
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX design
Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience
Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field
1 years of experience in UX design preferably in the energy or technology industry
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and processes
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite InVision etc.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Familiarity with frontend development and responsive design principles
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
A passion for usercentered design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
