Position: Customer Service Advisor (French OR German OR Italian OR Dutch English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with presales inquiries general questions and technical support via phone email chat and social media channels (including social messaging).
- Adapt the brands voice and tone to suit both private and public channels (e.g. phone email social media forums ecommerce reviews).
- Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher levels of support as required.
- Respond to inbound customer requests ensuring relevant case information is documented accurately.
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers especially in technical queries (experience in troubleshooting is preferred).
- Maintain professionalism and a customerfocused approach at all times.
Profile Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in customer service (voice email chat).
- Experience with technical troubleshooting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloads.
- Experience in adapting communication style to match the brands voice and tone.
