Communicated with customers via phone email or chat in Hungarian
Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders or accounts
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Follow internal guidelines processes and company policies
Fluency in Hungarian (C1 or C2
Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Customeroriented mindset and positive attitude
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Bulgaria
