Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamicDirector of AI & Quantumto lead strategic initiatives and oversee advanced projects at the forefront of technology. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise leadership and collaboration with senior executives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing cuttingedge AI and quantum initiatives supporting business growth and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical management of AI and quantum technology projects ensuring they meet business and technical objectives.
- Drive product management initiatives in the AI or quantum domain ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals.
- Support sales teams by providing technical expertise and strategic insights to help achieve client and business objectives.
- Work closely with senior executives providing strategic guidance and contributing to highlevel decisionmaking processes.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technical management of AI and quantum technology projects.
- Proven expertise in product management within the AI or quantum technology sectors.
- Strong background in working with and supporting sales teams from a technical and strategic perspective.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior executives and influence organizational strategy.
- Fluency in French is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial industry with insights into its unique challenges and opportunities.
