Teneos Management Consulting division advises executivelevel clients on strategic topics across a range of issues central to the success of their business. Our clients include a significant number of the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 as well as other major global corporations across a diverse array of sectors includingConsumer Goods Financial Services Healthcare Leisure & Hospitality Software Transport and TMT.
Consultants will gain broad exposure to different industries as well as project types and have the opportunity to contribute to the team outside of normal casework.
What Youll Do:
As a Consultant in our Management Consulting division you will work in teams to deliver solutions for clients with responsibilities including:
- Working closely with project leaders to help address specific client challenges or questions within the broader context of an engagement
- Using a hypothesisdriven approach to develop and test insights for our clients including collecting and analyzing data and creating compelling slides to convey recommendations to specific audiences
- Conducting client and industryspecific research
- Contributing to and presenting in client and internal presentations workshops and meetings (formal and informal)
- Collaborating with colleagues and experts across Teneo
- Participating in client presentations workshops and meetings
- Assisting in writing proposals creating slides analyzing data and contributing to the Consulting Team in areas of interest (e.g. recruiting knowledge management)
Qualifications:
- Outstanding track record in academics and demonstrated leadership in previous work experience and/or relevant extracurriculars
- Highly logical and numerical with excellent analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a structured approach to problemsolving
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- Team working and collaboration skills
- Ability to take initiative while using good judgment to request support and advice when needed
- Strong work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to identify and ask relevant questions
- Operates at a fast pace demonstrating the ability to influence and challenge when needed
- Creates an immediate positive and credible impression on others
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Hybrid 3days a week required working from ourSFoffice

Base Salary Range
$98000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Flexible Work Policy
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Teneo believes in inperson collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York Boston and San Francisco offices the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
