Property Commercial & Estate Planning Lawyer

About the role:
- Property Law: Residential & Commercial Conveyancing and Leasing;
- Estate Planning: drafting wills acting and advising on complex disputed estates and applications for probate
- Commercial Law: Business sales and purchases partnership and shareholder agreements contracts and due diligence no day will look the same!
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years PQE (however 13 PQE will also be considered)
- Prior experience in Estate Planning Commercial and/or Property Law
- Confident in working autonomously and with a Senior Lawyer with strong communication drafting and organisation skills.
