Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Customer Success Manager at Mojro located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction retention and relationship building. The role will involve daytoday tasks such as providing excellent customer service analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement and working with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering or MBA or related field
- 4 years of experience as a CSM in an early stage SaaS start up
- Ability to develop and Manage given portfolio of accounts
- Ability to sustain Business growth and profitability by maximising value
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Experience is improving Product adoption
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Experience in TMS and Visibility solutions will be a added advantage
- Collaborative mind set and team player with ability to multitask preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
