Architectural Technician in Hertfordshire
I are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join an architectural firm based in St Albans. Specialising in residential schemes including volume residential and bespoke residential projects they are looking for an individual with strong technical expertise to support our design team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD.
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations drawings.
Collaborate with architects consultants and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Work on both largescale residential developments and highend bespoke projects.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant UK building regulations and industry standards.
Assist in project coordination from concept through to construction.
Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
Experience working on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between.
