Overview
Station Service Representative
- Location: San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
- Job Type: FullTime
Your expected pay rate is $25.00/hour. Actual pay rate will be determined based on the individuals skills experience and other relevant qualifications. Employees working night shifts will receive a higher hourly rate (additional $3.00/hour) plus overtime at an enhanced rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to passengers with modifying and updating reservations.
- Guide passengers through the preparation and verification of required boarding documentation.
- Address passenger complaints with professionalism empathy and effective solutions.
- Verify and check passenger documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with travel requirements.
- Support airport agents with daily operations and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree required Bachelors Degree or above preferred
- Good communication skills in English Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and strong decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
