PositionOverview
AsaResourceManageryouwillreportdirectlytotheManagingDirector(MD)andbebasedatourLondonheadquartersinFarringdon.Yourprimaryresponsibilitywillbetooptimizetheutilizationofourconsultantsensuringthatresourcesareallocatedefficientlyandprojectsarestaffedswiftly.Youwillplayacrucialroleinmaintainingourbenchaslowaspossibleintrackingprojectopportunitiesanticipatingconsultantavailabilityandaligningresourceswithprojectneedsthathasadirectimpactoncompaniesbottomlineandconsultantcareerdevelopmentandmotivation.Youreffortswillbeintegraltomaintainingthebalancebetweenprojectfastdeploymentandexecutionaswellasconsultantscareeraspirationsandpreferences.

- Ensurethatourconsultantsareutilizedatanoptimallevelminimizingdowntimeandmaximizingproductivity.
- Quicklyidentifyandallocateresourcestoprojectsensuringthattheyarestaffedwiththerightskillsandwithinbudgetconstraints.
- Developadeepunderstandingofourconsultantsskillscareerplansandpreferencestoalignthemwithsuitableprojects.
- Supportexcellentpresentationofourconsultantsskillsanduniquevalueinternallyandexternally
- Monitorandmanagetherecruitmentpipelinetoensureasteadyflowoftalentthatmeetstheevolvingneedsofourprojects.
- Stayinformedaboutupcomingprojectopportunitiesandtracktheirprogresstoanticipateresourceneeds.
- Conductthoroughanalysesofprojectendstobetterunderstandandanticipateconsultantavailability.
- Fosteranenvironmentthatalignstheavailabilityofconsultantswithprojectopportunitiesintegratingprojectskillsandcostrequirements.
- InterfacewithSeniorManagersinparticularwiththesalesandbidteamononesidetounderstandloadsignalandtheCompetenceCentermanagersandrecruitmentteam.

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
