About the role
As a Production Optimization specialist you will bring extensive industry experience to our Data Science and Customer Success teams helping them and other parts of Cognite support our customers in their datadriven production optimization journey. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) guiding and supporting delivery projects with a focus on enhancing production performance across various industries.
The Production Optimization SME will work closely with Project Managers Global Customer Success (GCS) Account Executives (AE) TechSales and the Product organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the value of customer delivery projects and providing the right technical recommendations for both short and longterm success. This role requires interacting with customers project delivery teams and internal stakeholders to effectively communicate technical and strategic aspects ensuring quick time to value for our customers in alignment with Cognites strategy.
