Your Role
- Manage daily roofing activities to ensure timely project completion
- Lead train and manage roofing crews to maintain high productivity
- Enforce company safety regulations and ensure proper safety protocols
- Inspect work address issues and maintain highquality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact between the field and office
