You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a key part of the leadership team you will be accountable for the development and management of your team to provide best practice maintenance services to Aquila Mine. In addition you will be responsible for reliable asset performance including management development and execution of maintenance and planning services for Aquila underground to establish maximum efficiencies utilisation and availability. Direct reports include Condition Monitoring Officer Reliability Engineers and Belt Installations Coordinators.
Your role will be providing technical support and advice to the Maintenance team and Manager Maintenance & Engineering on means to optimise equipment availability and reliability. This is achieved through the effective leadership of the engineering and planning team and Process Coordinators to develop and implement plans monitor performance and complete work activities in accordance with corporate policy and procedures.
You will display strong leadership while providing mentoring to your team of trades personnel whilst managing the overall safety and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of equipment across the site. You will have a desire to collaborate and innovate to continuously improve performance and processes to optimise the equipment availability and reliability.
You will be able to display through your extensive supervisory experience your ability to lead your team to logically problem-solve develop and balance short and long term strategies. Your zero-harm mindset will be forefront of all processes and you will have a passion for safely delivery requirements.
