Description

The Data Maintenance Team Leader oversees the team on a daytoday basis managing a team of Data Maintenance Administrators and Data Maintenance Specialists while maintaining an excellent relationship with our counterparts. Responsible for work planning and performance management of direct reports. Assists Supervisor/Manager in implementing and supporting company policies and procedures. Develops a proficient and motivated staff through effective hiring coaching evaluation and counseling. Ensures that SLA is met and maintained and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts to be responsible and proactive according to their needs.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensure team performance by achieving efficiency accuracy and SLA targets.
  • Develop team members evaluate and improve performance through training coaching reporting and setting shortterm (monthly) and longterm (annual) goals.
  • Act as a functional process leader serving as the main point of contact for the entire team regarding any process issues that cannot be managed through standard procedures. Possess indepth knowledge of all processes to provide input during evaluations and assist in addressing processrelated needs.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • University studies in economics business or computers
  • Very good knowledge of the English language written and spoken
  • Experience in working with services and global standards
  • Experience in coordinating a team
  • Experience in working with databases and financial systems
  • Ability to work well in a team organization meeting deadlines delegating managing ambiguity finding solutions
  • Excellent skills using the MS Office package
  • Knowledge of using Oracle SAP JDE data management systems
  • The quality and quantity of the work (fulfilment of the tasks defined in the job description the annual objectives and the work rules communicated to the employee by the employer)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of any additional language (ex: Spanish)
