About You
As People Operations Team Leader youll be at the heart of our HR Shared Services leading a team of dedicated People Operations Assistants to deliver responsive high-quality frontline HR support. Youll oversee day-to-day operations manage team workloads and ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with our service level agreements. From handling complex queries to supporting policy development and training rollouts your leadership will help shape a consistent and trusted employee experience across the Council.

Youll work closely with HR and Payroll colleagues ensuring smooth case management and data protection while playing a key role in developing future-ready HR processes.
