We are seeking a Patent Prosecution Clerk to join our leading and growing Intellectual Property Department in our Ottawa office. This fulltime position is open to candidates with an avid interest in Patent Prosecution including the legal and clerical steps and processes required to bring a patent application to grant. Candidates with experience working in Intellectual Property would be an asset however we are open to onthejob training.

Education and Experience
An undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration law clerk or similar would be an asset. However an equivalent combination of education training and onthejob experience will be acceptable.
Knowledge and Skills
