We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are comfortable using a computer and working independently. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information in our systems from various sources.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets databases or online systems
Review data for errors or missing information
Maintain data confidentiality and integrity
Update records as needed and ensure information is current
Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps
Follow company procedures and meet daily or weekly deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing email internet browsing)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop
